Baked carp with zacusca

I had freshly cleaned fish. Zacusca murmured politely on the fire. What else can I get tired of looking for a new recipe? It can be cooked quickly !!!!

  • 2 kg freshly cleaned carp
  • 400 gr zacusca with eggplant
  • 300 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, oregano, basil mixture
  • green leek tails
  • green parsley

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Carp with baked zacusca:

The cleaned and washed fish is placed in a Teflon tray.

Pour zacusca, oil, whole tomatoes and peeled garlic over the fish.

Sprinkle with aromatic herbs.

Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

When the fish starts to brown, take it out of the oven and serve it warmly decorated with lots of greens.
