You know I avoid kneading like fire, right? Well this weekend I took my heart in my teeth and made a homemade pizza. I kneaded until my lids jumped and promised myself that the first thing when I move to my house is to buy my kneading machine! I don't make a bed or a radiator, until I buy my "escape" when it comes to kneading :)). Well, now the end was only good for the stomach, so, IT WAS WORTH kneading!
I think you are already thinking better of ordering pizza and I want to tell you a funny story, to relax a little more - or maybe not! I just hope my mom doesn't read this post haha :)). When I spread the dough in the tray, I spread it with the help of oil, it seems much easier to me. But it's just good that the bottle of oil slipped from my hand, where do you think? spreading the oil everywhere. ~ HORROR ~ :)) ahaha. And of course he fainted me, I didn't even notice that the glass was already halfway: on the corner and on the floor. I cleaned and washed everything and honestly it looks like the corner looks much nicer now :)). Everyone does something wrong in the kitchen, doesn't they? - Ingredient (2 pizzas):
- 500g flour
- half a cube of fresh yeast
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons oil
- a beaten egg
- warm water / warm milk for kneading
- salami, cheese, mushrooms, corn

RECIPE PREPARATION Pizza with salami, mushrooms and corn:
It already makes me sweat when I think about kneading again :)).
In a large bowl we put the flour around, leaving a small nest in the middle. On the edge of the bowl, over the flour, we put the salt. In the middle of the bowl, crumble the yeast, put the warm milk and sugar and let the mixture swell (approx. 20 minutes, without touching the bowl). We start kneading by gradually mixing the yeast mixture with the flour from the base and so on until we incorporate all the flour. Then add the oil and beaten egg and if necessary add more milk / water or flour and knead the dough (I divided it into 2, kneaded it one by one and I got 2 pizzas).
Spread the first piece of dough (or depending on how much you divided the dough) with the rolling pin on the floured table then, grease the dough with oil and spread it, also with the help of oil, in the tray.
Grease the dough with tomato paste, then sprinkle the diced salami, finely chopped mushrooms and corn. We put grated cheese and thyme on top
Put the pizza in the oven and repeat the same steps for the 2nd pizza. We enjoy pizza with a tomato sauce or garlic mayonnaise sauce.

Method of preparation
Turn on the oven to heat.
The halves of the wand are cut along and hollowed out to remove the core.
The salami is cut into small pieces and fried in lard, then removed on an absorbent kitchen napkin.

The baguettes are moistened with water on the crispy side, placed in the tray, then filled as follows: put the fried salami, mushrooms and peppers, corn kernels (keep a few to put at the end), egg and ketchup composition, grated cheese and a few other corn kernels.
Put the tray in the oven until the cheese melts (15-20 minutes).

Homemade pizza with salami, tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese - what could be tastier!
Homemade pizza on leavened dough. The recipe is simple, so anyone can prepare and enjoy a delicious pizza with their favorite filling.
INGREDIENTS (for 2 pizzas with a diameter of 30 cm):
-1 glass of warm water (250 ml)
-3 tablespoons of sunflower or olive oil.
-4 tablespoons of ketchup or tomato paste
-1 can of canned mushrooms
-350-450 gr of mozzarella or Dutch cheese
-Olives and greens - optional.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1.Prepare the dough. Pour the hot water into a bowl, add and dissolve the salt and sugar. Add the yeast, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes, to activate.
2.Then add the oil and gradually incorporate the sifted flour.
3. Knead the dough on the kneaded worktop for about 10 minutes. Stop adding flour!
4.Put the dough in a clean bowl, grease it with oil, cover it with cling film or a towel and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour.
5.Prepare the sauce. Mix the ketchup with the garlic given through the press.
6.Prepare the ingredients for the filling. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, drain the mushrooms, slice the salami and cut the olives into slices.
7. Put the Dutch cheese in a large grater and cut the mozzarella into slices.
8. Work the dough a little and divide it into 2 or 3 pieces, depending on how thick you want the pizza to be. Put a piece of dough on the floured work table, and the second - in the bowl and cover it with a towel.
9. Shape a ball of dough, roll out the rolling pin and spread the top from the center to the edges.
10. Transfer the top to the pan greased with a little oil, evenly distribute the sauce, keeping 1 cm to the edges, add the slices of mozzarella, half the grated cheese, salami slices, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives. Sprinkle the pizza with cheese and chopped greens.
11. Bake the pizza for 7-10 minutes in the preheated oven to 250 ° C, depending on the oven, until the edges are browned.
