Preparation of fritters in milk:

Step 1: Cooking the dough for fritters.

After that, carefully and gradually pour in the flour, which must first be sieved through a sieve. Then add vanilla sugar and mix well. As a result, you should get a slightly liquid dough.

Step 2: Fry the pancakes.

When the dough is ready, put the pan over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil and warm it well, but do not let the oil splash. Now spread the dough into a pan with a tablespoon. Fry the pancakes on both sides, until a beautiful golden crust is formed. You can turn the pancakes with a fork.

Step 3: Serve the pancakes in milk.

Stack the finished pancakes in stacks on a serving platter to keep them warm longer. Although, the pancakes on milk are delicious, both hot and chilled. Serve with sour cream, condensed milk, honey, jam or with scoops of vanilla ice cream and fresh berries. Good appetite!
