Making lazy pear pie:

Step 1: prepare the dough.

In a deep bowl, spread the flour, semolina, icing sugar and baking powder for the dough. At the tip of the knife, add vanillin to all components and mix everything well with a tablespoon until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Step 2: prepare the pears.

We wash the pears under running water. For this dish, it is best to take juicy soft varieties, then the cake is very tasty and fragrant. So, using a knife, peel the ingredient from the peel, cut into two halves on a cutting board and cut the core. And now we rub the fruit on a coarse grater directly into a clean deep bowl. Add cocoa, sugar and cardamom to the crushed component. We mix everything well with a tablespoon and set aside for a while, so that the pear gives juice and absorbs the components. When the ingredient has secreted enough juice, transfer it to a sieve, and extract juice directly above a deep plate, crushing a chopped pear with a tablespoon. After that, we again shift the squeezed fruit into a bowl.

Step 3: make a lazy pear cake.

All the components of the pie are ready, so you can proceed to the final process of preparing the dish. The most interesting thing is that we have already prepared the dough! That's why our pie is called "Lazy"! In any case, do not worry, because in the process of baking, pear juice impregnates the flour mixture, and in particular semolina and powdered sugar, and in this way we get such an unusual dough, but after baking it is very tasty. So, well grease the baking dish with vegetable oil (just leave a teaspoon for the last layer of the cake), not forgetting the sides of the container. This can be done with clean hands or a special pastry brush. Then pour half the flour mixture into the mold. On top of the first layer, spread half the chopped pear and level everything with a tablespoon. Then pour the pear juice on top of the second layer so that it is completely distributed over the entire surface of the pear shavings. After - we repeat everything from the beginning, finishing the cake preparation with a dry layer. Sprinkle the top layer with vegetable oil. And now we put the baked dish in a preheated oven up to 180-200 ° C during 40-50 minutes.

Step 4: serve the lazy pear cake.

After the allotted time, turn off the oven and take out our dish. Thanks to such a wonderful fruit as a pear, we get very fragrant and juicy pastries. Leave the form for a while aside so that the cake cools down a bit. And then we shift the dish to the serving tray. After baking, a little more flour may remain on the top layer, so you can just sweep it with a pastry brush. And if you wish, if you still have a few pears, you can cut them into thin pieces and decorate the top layer of the dish with them. Good appetite!

- - Caution: be sure to use premium flour and only trusted brands, otherwise the dish may not work and all your efforts will go down the drain.

- - In addition to pieces of pear, the dish can be decorated with chocolate. To do this, rub the component on a medium grater, and sprinkle the dish with the resulting chips. The second option, no less tasty, is to melt the chocolate and use a tablespoon to apply the chocolate mixture to the dish.
