Pumpkin meatballs with telemea


    • 500g zucchini
    • 2 eggs
    • 100 g Telemea cow's cheese
    • dill
    • 5 tablespoons flour
    • oil
    • pepper
    • salt.

RECIPE PREPARATION Pumpkin meatballs with telemea:


  1. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice

  2. We also put the Telemea cheese on the grater.

  3. We let the pumpkins drain in a sieve or squeeze them.

  4. Over the well drained zucchini, add the grated telemeau, eggs and finely chopped dill and mix very well.

  5. Add flour, pepper and salt.

  6. Fry them over medium heat and brown them on both sides.

  7. We take them out of the pan and drain them on a paper napkin.
