We make a bechamel sauce from butter, flour, milk, as follows:

melt the butter over low heat, add all the flour and mix so that no lumps form, then gradually add the cold milk and mix.

We leave it on the fire to bind well, put it aside and wait for it to cool.

Until the sauce cools, make the cream cheese.

Mix the cheese with the sour cream, the cheese cubes, the greens, the mortadella, the peppers, the olives, until it turns into a cream, I put it in the pan.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add the yolks one by one in the cold bechamel sauce and mix after incorporating all the yolks, gradually add the beaten egg whites and mix from the bottom up until all the egg whites are incorporated, put the dough in the oven tray lined with butter and baking paper, powder with grated Parmesan the dough and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for a maximum of 30 minutes.

How do we prepare Kinder Bueno cake?

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
