Step 2: Prepare the pineapple sauce.

To get a more satisfying taste of the sauce, use butter, which must be melted in a pan. Then pour the pineapple and lemon juice, cream, mashed potatoes, add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything with a culinary spatula. Bring the sauce to a boil, and then reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Be sure to stir the sauce and do not allow it to burn.

Step 3: Serve the finished pineapple sauce.

Serve the finished sauce warm, in a separate gravy boat, or pour it with a ready-made bird dish. You can decorate the sauce with slices of whole pineapple and herbs.
